“2014博士生教育国际交流会”的通知
各有关单位：
由中国教育国际交流协会主办的第六届“2014博士生教育国际交流会/PhD Workshop China 2014”将于2014年11月22日-23日继续在北京港澳中心瑞士酒店举行。
该交流会的宗旨是为有志出国攻读博士的中国学生和国外招收博士生的学校和导师搭建一个交流、沟通与面试的平台，让双方利用这个面对面交流的机会，使海外院校代表可以向中国学生介绍更多的博士生研究学科、资助项目、奖学金项目、专业申请及入学机会，并现场指导申请程序、进行面试等；同时，国内学生也能获得权威、全面、丰富、专业、准确的博士留学信息。
截至11月初，来自澳大利亚、比利时、加拿大、法国、德国、日本、新加坡、荷兰、英国、美国等10个国家近80所著名大学及博士研究生院已经报名参会，院校名单详见附件2；届时相关驻华使馆教育官员以及150多位院校博士生招生主管、教授和导师将现场向中国学生详解各自学校和院系的博士生招生、资助、奖学金申请、学科专业设置等问题。同时，这些大学和博士研究生院也愿意与国内高校研究生院建立联系、探讨人才培养、合作科研、共谋进步与发展。
在此，我们希望贵校能把此“参会通知”放到贵校研院或相关网页宣传或组织本校相关学生提前网上注册，所有国内老师和学生均免费入场参会（但食宿、交通费须自理），参加现场举办的院校说明会，并与海外院校教授、代表一对一面试和交流，使有志于海外攻读博士学位的高级人才有机会更多地获得权威、真实的第一手读博信息。同时，我们诚挚的邀请贵校负责国际交流、研究生院的负责人老师能来参会，和海外院校的教授、老师们面对面交流和探讨校际合作。
作为目前国内高层次校际“配对”合作国际化平台和“不出国的见面交流机会”的一个专业活动，为了确保国内院校代表、学生和海外院校代表的现场会谈效果，所有参会老师和学生需登录www.phdchina.org 点击“参会观众”分别提前注册，在网上实现与海外院校代表的会见联系和确认，然后凭打印出的“参会确认函”邮件入场参会。网站注册截止日期：2014年11月19日。
